All multi-item orders involving Current Item(s) and Pre-Order Item(s) will be shipped in the same parcel after the pre-order period.
Shipping charge is good for one single shipment only. The same shipping charge is required for resending returned parcel.
We practise a 3-business-day grace period on all orders received before sending them out to allow PayPal sufficient time on verification processing.
Packaging
- All single item orders will be double bubble wrapped along with water resistant wrap for higher protection.
- Free double box service will be provided for multiple items order in a single shipment.
- $10USD charge for double box shipping on single item orders. (optional)
Customs
- All outgoing parcels will be marked as gifts at low value.
- No refunds, returns or exchanges on all items subject to customs charges, import taxes/tariffs, customs seizures/confiscations.
- Delivery Standard excludes day of posting and time spent on customs clearance.
Tracking
- Online tracking number will be provided to all international customers to track the delivery status after parcels are being posted.
- Tracking numbers will be recorded on PayPal and sent to your PayPal account’s email or the email you entered when you made the payment. Please make sure your email address is valid, otherwise, you will not receive the tracking information.
After Shipment
- Tenant’s presence at the shipping address is required for signing of parcel during delivery.
- Two delivery attempts will be made and if both are unsuccessful, the recipient will be allowed 5 business days to pick up the parcel at your local post office nearest to your shipping address.
- If the recipient failed to claim the parcel within the allowed period, it will be returned to us and we will have to collect the same shipping charge from you again before we resend the parcel.
- The same shipping charge is required for resending returned parcel.
